To return your purchase please email sale@tradieboots.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (RMA), instructions will be sent to you to process your request.

ORIGINAL CONDITION - policy outlined below:

TradieBoots.com does not sell used products, therefore it is necessary that any product returned must be in their ORIGINAL CONDITION, including packaging and swing tags.

Shoes must be retuned in their original packaging – the shoe box must be intact as this is considered part of the product along with the footwear – both must be in their original condition. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted area to avoid any damage to the sole as any visible signs of wear on the sole will void your ability to return the product.

Clothing, same as shoes, must be unworn and in original condition with swing tags attached. Any evidence the garment has been worn (cigarettes, deodorant, dirt, bent or damaged swing tags etc) will void any ability to return the garment.

TradieBoots does not sell used products. Any products that are you request to return/exchange/refund must be unused in and new condition with swing-tags and packaging in original condition.

 

Faulty products

TradieBoots deliver high quality products, however in the rare circumstance that an item is a defect please contact us at sale@tradieboots.com and we will assist you with the returns process. We will immediately consult with the supplier/manufacturer to review the product – should the product be a fault of the manufacturer you will receive a refund (garment only – no responsibility taken for decoration). If the product is found to be not-faulty it will then be sent back you. Expected time to review is 7-10 days.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be given back in the same method of original payment within 7-10 working days of receiving the product. If the product was purchased via coupon or voucher we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issue of a voucher to the credit of the order.

Exchanges

Please contact us to discuss your requirements – 04999boots – we can order replace stock to any unsatisfactory items purchased. All products need to be in original condition as outlined above.
